Pascal’s Oceanfront Restaurant & Bar
About This Spot
Pascal’s Oceanfront Restaurant & Bar feels like a laid-back refuge tucked right where the turquoise Atlantic gently meets a stretch of white sand in Governor's Harbour. It’s the kind of place where the rhythm slows to island time, inviting you to linger poolside or take a quiet moment on the beach, soaking in the unhurried pace and endless ocean views. The mellow hum of conversation blends with the occasional laughter and the steady murmur of waves just beyond, crafting an atmosphere that’s both welcoming and unpretentious.
Arriving here, you might first notice the relaxed vibe that’s part comfort zone, part casual gathering spot for locals and travelers alike. The friendly energy from the team—especially around the bar—draws people into easy conversations, making it less about rushing through a meal and more about savoring the connection between good food, refreshing drinks, and nature’s backdrop. It’s a setting that encourages moments of genuine interaction and simple pleasures.
While the menu takes its cues from island flavors, the offerings feel like shared experiences rather than mere dishes. Whether it’s the golden conch fritters that pair perfectly with a vibrant cocktail or the hearty portions that satisfy a full day of exploring, each bite complements the relaxed ease of the surroundings. Freshly made pizzas and spicy shrimp dish options hint at the playful diversity here, offering both comfort and unexpected delights alongside well-loved classics.
Getting here requires a bit of patience for the rough road, but that slight adventure only adds to the sense of discovery. Once you settle in, the view from Pascal’s—especially around sunset hours—is quietly breathtaking, framing your meal with the vast, ever-changing sea. It’s a place where the human moments feel just as important as the food and drink, where the local hospitality lingers long after the last sip and last bite.

Had a great day spent poolside at Pascals and Sammy’s bar. Walk down to the beach to enjoy great Atlantic views and a lovely stretch of white sand. Food is good and they aren’t skimpy on portion sizes. Service happens on island time so like many places here don’t be in a hurry. Sammy was entertaining and made excellent drinks! Would definitely come back!

Pascals is an awesome place to just hang out and relax. The bartender Sam was very inviting and great to chat with. It was our first time on the island and he made us feel very welcomed. The pool is nice to hang out in and have some drinks. The view over the edge is amazing to gaze over and watch the Atlantic. The conch fritters were very tasty and the pizza was also great to get to take back to our Vrbo. Overall great experience .

Endure the ridiculous pothole-filled entrance and enjoy some of the best food and drinks with a view on Eleuthera. Sammy, the bartender, and Tara, the waitress, were delightful. Spicy shrimp and mahi sandwich were great.

Let me start with saying the view from outside at pascal's is fantastic. If you want just a gorgeous view this is a great place. But I thought the food was average. I had fish tacos. They were pretty good but not great. But the options I thought were thin there. And the road is a bit of a nightmare to get to the place. You will see what I mean when you go to make the turn off queens highway just north of town in govenors. It's a rutted nightmare as of March 2025 (as are many non queens highway roads in eleuthera including roads to many great beaches). I think I just wanted/ expected more after getting jostled on the road to get there. They were very understaffed the day I was there and were struggling to keep up. Took a while to check the check. But hopefully they get the staff in place and would be nice to see them open up the menu a little. Might be a better lunch spot honestly. Navigating the roads in the dark after dinner is tricky (not the restaurant's fault). Enjoy the views.

Pizza was handmade and super fresh! It was delicious I had to box it up and had it for seconds later. Great views, but a super bumpy ride in, take it slow.

We found this place back in September when the island was closed. Fortunately Pascals was open. Food and drinks were delicious. Now we’re back here in December and this was my first stop. Try the blue cheese and bacon potato salad.

The first place we stopped after leaving the airport. Sammy greeted us with a great smile and welcomed us right in! He was the best! Beautiful pool, beautiful view and the food was great!
